Summary: Dispatch only stores Discord user IDs, display names and user-submitted content (files, duty times). Messages are not read, passwords are not stored and data is not sold to third parties.

2. What data is stored?

The bot only stores data that is strictly necessary for operation:

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the bot).

5. Data sharing with third parties

Data is not shared with third parties except in cases of legal obligation or law enforcement. Data is not sold or used for advertising.

6. Discord as a platform

The Dispatch bot runs on the Discord platform. Discord Inc. processes data according to its own privacy policy, which we do not control. See discord.com/privacy for details.

7. Data storage location

Data is stored locally on the hosting server in a SQLite database (dispatch.db). The server location depends on the hosting provider.

As a data subject you have the following rights:

We take appropriate technical measures to protect stored data:

access restrictions to the database file
no storage of sensitive authentication data in the database
use of environment variables for bot tokens and credentials
