Terms of Service

By using the Discord bot Dispatch you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

§1 Scope

These Terms apply to all users who deploy or use the Dispatch bot on Discord servers where the bot is active. Provider:

§2 Service description

Dispatch is a Discord bot offering the following features for roleplay servers and communities:

• Duty management (sign-on/off with time tracking)
• Person files management in Discord forums
• Wanted / warrant system for person files
• Duty leaderboard with automatic time tracking
• Action logging in a configurable channel

§3 Requirements

To use the bot you must:

• be at least 13 years old (per Discord's Terms)
• accept Discord's terms of service
• have necessary server permissions to configure the bot
• accept these Terms of Service

§4 Permitted use

The bot may only be used for the following purposes:

• management of roleplay servers and communities
• internal team management and duty planning
• documentation of fictional in‑game actions within roleplays

§5 Prohibited use

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• storing real personal data in person files without consent
• use for harassment, discrimination or bullying
• distributing illegal content via bot functions
• automated mass queries or attacks against the bot or infrastructure
• reverse engineering, copying or commercial reuse without permission
• use contrary to Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms

§6 Data storage

The bot only stores data required for operation, such as Discord user IDs, usernames, recorded file contents and duty times. For more information see our Privacy Policy.

§7 Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. HDG — Hammer Development Group is not liable for:

• data loss due to technical failures or outages
• content entered by users into person files or other features
• damages resulting from misuse of the bot
• service interruptions or limitations

§8 Availability

We strive for reliable availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates or external factors may cause temporary limitations. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.

§9 Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

§10 Termination / Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend access to the bot without notice if a user or server violates these terms or applicable law.

§11 Governing law

German law applies. Jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the seat of HDG — Hammer Development Group.
